Hi
I am going to be interviewing for secondary TA's next week, it has been  very 
difficult to shortlist as we have had over a hundred applicants, we have  
narrowed it down to 8 to interview who all look very good on paper.
Any ideas on questions to ask that will really tease out how good they will  
be.
