[senco-forum] TLR and SENCO

Personally, I was part-time senco (3 days), not on SMT, no points - SEN or  
other.  From September I will be full-time, on SMT with lowest TLR - and  
inclusion leader rather than just SEN.  But I had to apply for the post,  and would 
have been made redundant if I had not got it / did not want it, as old  senco 
post will no longer exist.  In the end, I guess I am a  winner...
