[senco-forum] billing for sen

Hi
I put in account of lessons given at mid month date-
The school pays me £15.50 for 1-1
£11.50 each child in  1:2 children
and £9.50 each child if 3 or 4 in group-
that is for 40min lesson-
the school bills the parents- that amount PLUS contribution to teachers
pension and Nat Ins cont.

I therefore have to do no school duties or take  cover periods etc!
Can go home at 3.30afterlast teaching period-
BUT previously in other schools been on full payroll so was used to cover,
take etc lessons and if pupil away able to go into class support or what
ever this way means at end of term when chaos and few lessons I don't get
paid-
If pupil out at concert sports etc miss lesson and impossible
