[senco-forum] SEN report

I was going to order my own copy of the report, but not at that price!! 
I have, however, printed one off at work for use in the department. 
Lucky you Jill. I think you are probably right that it is because you 
wrote to them. I am planning some reading this weekend!

I only joined the forum this year and I wish I had done so before. 
Loads of really useful info from everyone that I've been able to use to 
refine my own working practice, so thankyou to everyone.

To my surprise,  a hard copy of this has just been delivered to my  
door.  So far as I remember,  I didn't order it.  I can only assume  
it's because I wrote to them as so many of us did.  An encouragement
