Hello everyone, especially secondary SENCOs
  I'm meeting the Head next week to discuss the progress of pupils with SEN in school.  We are going to look at the 'objective' data in the PANDA which identifies some apparent problem areas.  I think I know why they look like problems but I need some help.  And I want to be able to explain what we are doing to address those problems identified in the SEF.
   
  Does anyone know how they decide what the 'expected level' at GCSE is?   I need to interpret the graphs which plot KS4 results against ''expected results'.
  Does anyone have any advice on interpeting the PANDA data?
