Hi Linda,

I suggest you contact the parents and ask them to put in a request
that a copy also be sent to the school. As this is a medical
appointment one of the parents will probably be asked to give written
consent before this can happen. Alternatively you might suggest to the
parents they could send you a copy, or even better they could bring
the report into school where you can make a photocopy for them.
