[senco-forum] Classroom Assistant Interviews

I need some help.

I am a SENCO at a comprehensive school looking to employ 2 new classroom
assistants. I have been asked by the Headteacher to interview a number of
candidates and make my decision. The head has asked me to devise some appropriate
questions and possibly some form of test and/or time to work with pupils
etc. Can anyone help me with ideas if they have recently been involved in
interviewing. Thank you. Andrew
