I was very fortunate to hear Dr Alex Richardson give a lecture on Omega fish oils etc a few years ago. She was incredible. I couldn't make any nores as she talked - I just had to hang on to every word - she really explained why we need highly unsaturated fatty acids etc - I doubt anyone without a scientific background could have understood but I was enthralled. If anyone gets the chance to hear her - go for it - she seems to be lecutirng all over the world most of the time. I will certainly read her book as it's bound to be first class Janice Wray Secondary SENCO, Herts >From: "The Bodiens" <bodiens at emirates.net.ae> >To: "senco-forum" <senco-forum at lists.becta.org.uk> >Subject: [senco-forum] good book >Date: Sat, 22 Jul 2006 00:16:12 +0400 > >Summer reading for parents and teachers - They are what you feed them by Dr >Alex Richardson.
