[senco-forum] do you have problems timetabling?

I have 44 students with statements and many many at SAP.  I have ten LSAs, five of whom are part time.  Timetabling LSA support has always been a bit of a nightmare.  I now have an Excel spreadsheet which enables me to highlight where support is needed, and add the LSA times.  It is all colour coded to show which students are high priority, which subjects are being covered and where support is not possible because staff are not available.  This resource has been a real boon to me and I am happy to try to share it.  I would have loved somebody to do this for me two or three years ago.
