[senco-forum] Training for all teachers

I went to a meeting today where we discussed training for all teachers but 
we felt very strongly that everyone involved with children and young people 
(all agencies and at all levels) should have SEN and Disability, or should 
that be Disability and SEN, training.

Some members of the meeting were lecturers in universities and are very 
aware of the limited time available in an already packed one year PGCE 
course and we tried to reach a consensus of what are the core items that 
must be included for all practitioners.

Any suggestions????
