Article: [senco-forum] Differentiation for Support Staff

Alas I've come across far too many teachers (including Head Teachers)
who are completely hopeless regarding the active deployment of their
TAs ...management by 'abdication' rather than delegation. Just as
common are TAs who are frustrated by the lack of direction and
feedback given them by teachers they are meant to be working with
(rather than in isolation from).

Might I suggest you visit any good book store that has a section on
business management. Perhaps my favourite -- a timeless classic -- is
"The One Minute Manager" by Ken Blanchard. "Don't Do, Delegate" is
also good, by an author whose name I can't recall.
