[senco-forum] Sorry for being so angry!

Hello,

Thanks again for replies to my most recent - very
lengthy! - posting. I have already replied personally
to some and will definitely take up some of the offers
of further advice.

I have just received a private email that I found to
be most offensive and patronising. I am perfectly
happy to discuss matters - any and all - publicly and
always welcome constructive criticism of my position.
Please be assured I am not teacher-bashing - I never
would as most are wonderful people - I am merely
seeking a basic standard of care for my child. 
Having worked with and known a number of children with
severe difficulties, I am always grateful that my
son's "problems" are relatively minor.

I am so very pleased that this forum exists as it
reassures me of what I always assumed - that most of
those who work with children also work FOR them.

Apologies if the absolute fury we feel came over in
any way other than a perfectly natural response to
shoddy treatment.
