Definitely not - at least not in most primaries - small ones like mine cannot
afford more than one or two management points.  Any extra money/points were
always for SEN teachers in special schools  or units in mainstream schools. 
Most of us do all the extra for nothing extra, other than the satisfaction of
doing the work we really enjoy doing.
