Definitely not - at least not in most primaries - small ones like mine cannot

The point is not how many management points SENCOS do or don't get in
practice. The fact is SENCOS wouldn't be at all pleased if parents had
a go at them for seeking more pay points on the basis a SENCO's work
is wrongly perceived as 'trivia' and this is just a ruse to get more
pay out of the system for little or no extra work! (not)
