My son's friend, who attends the school where I work, recently came to

It's not just words that change their meaning that I have problems
with, it's entirely new words as well -- or old colloquial words newly
being used on a national basis.

For example; I'm still not entirely sure of the context and true
meaning of the words "Minger" and "Minging".

Furthermore what exactly is "Bling Bling" and when is it OK to use it?
