Article: [senco-forum] Gel pens, exams & the JCQ

Good news reference my complaint to the JCQ (Joint Council for
Qualifications) reference their discriminatory ban on the use of all
gel pens in examinations irrespective of their colour. I've just
received the following letter from them dated 5th June 2006:

If anyone else wants to follow up with a more detailed explanation as
to why it's important for SEN students to be allowed the use of plain
dark coloured gel pens in examinations then this might add more weight
to my complaint.
