[senco-forum] questions for learning mentors

Help! I've got to interview for a new learning mentor,
I have never interviewed anyone for a job before. Has
anyone got any suggestions for questions to ask? I'll
be forever grateful.

For anyone who's expecting the Ofsted phonecall, we've
just had ours and I was asked to talk the inspector
through what would the procedure be if a SEN pupil
started the school that day. Thankfully we passed. The
inspectors were a nice friendly bunch, not
intimidating at all and the whole process felt much
calmer than the week long torture it used to be. Did
feel sorry for the inspectors though, they looked
frazzled by the end of it and tearing here there and
everywhere trying to cover as much as they could in 2
days.
