[senco-forum] AST portfoloio

I had some advice from the forum about preparing my application form, 
which helped me to the next step of preparing a portfolio and a day with 
an assessor. Has anyone else done this? As a non class based SENCo its 
the "outstanding teaching"(!) bits that are more difficult for me to 
evidence. I teach lots of groups but its difficult for me to prove that 
they make progress purely because of me. In fact of course they don't. 
In my opinion nor does any child. other people's input, TAs, parents, 
behaviour support etc  is always going to be important. If we are 
talking about inclusion then shouldn't the role of an SEN AST be toward 
management of resources and provision to support learning anyway???
I don't think this stroppy approach is the right line to take with my 
assessor... so I'd appreciate the forum's thoughts and ideas. At the 
moment I feel I've bitten off a bit more than I can chew!
