[senco-forum] advice for sencos

Oh yes, and get on very good terms with all of your teachers. I am still 
riding on the good will I earned when I worked in this same school as a TA 
some 10 years ago - some of the very same teachers I helped in class are 
still there. I do find that if I have helped a teacher ina classroom 
situation if only for half a term, that I have abetter relationship and I 
know their teaching methods too - it really helps. Time is the big thing - I 
get called away, have to deal with a crisis etc but I am going to try even 
more next year to spend time in classes, especially with any new staff - 
even if I only go in for half a term
