In the Lower School where I am a governor they have 'the
Rainbow room'.

This is where small groups are taken for withdrawal etc.etc.
But they also make sure that _all_ the children go there at
some point mainly for 'fun' activities.

This room has such positive associations that all the
children actively _want_ to go there (not just those
identified as SEN)!
