[senco-forum] Altering a pdf file

You can download a 30 day trial for free if you think you can

You can open the pdf file, do select all and copy then paste into  
WORD.  this will NOT give you the pictures.  Alternatively,  you can  
manually select individual pages,  copy & paste.  Again no pics,
