Please DON"T let anybody try to force her back to school if she doesn't feel up to it. Glandular fever, and other virus-induced illnesses, can trigger ME (CFS). The only proven cure is rest. It would be a very bad move to consider her as school-phobic when she may actually be feeling totally exhausted. (I am not trying to belittle school-phobia.) I have known one with ME who couldn't even chew.
