1)  Why is it more difficult to permanently exclude a child with a
statement
of SEN ?2)  Does anyone know the processes that you have to go through if
you wish to permanently exclude a child with a statement ?
3)  When does the child have a statement - when the proposed statement is
issued or the final statement with all the hours etc on it.Many thanks for
your help
