[senco-forum] the senco

Hi Janice

  I don't think that there is any requirement to be a 'full time' member of staff.  I am only 'the SENCO' when I am not being a class teacher so for about 10 lessons a week.  However, I am always there to be the SENCO when I am needed to be.
  Is there a reason for this question?
