Hi Philip Yep - a mystery to me too. If you have a live reader, you can ask for the question to be read to you as many times as you like. Being a reader and/or a scribe is very difficult. You have to react to correct and incorrect answers with the same deadpan expression! You can't prompt or go 'tut tut' or emphasise particular words.
