[senco-forum] Not SEN

Dress code here:  all male teachers wear suits or jackets and ties and
all female smart or suits.  The head makes this clear at all interviews.
TAs are similarly dressed and admin staff.

We are having a debate at present about dress code. Some of us feel male

teachers should wear ties, female teachers smart trousers skirts etc no
jeans,  
combats, trainers. What happens in other schools - and what happens if
people 
do  not adhere to it?
