Then I guess you'll be waiting a long time - to my knowledge there are four
areas subdivided into a number of categories, but not an equal number.. As
you asked to start with - has your SLT invented these?

Er .... I was trying to avoid sounding rude by confessing that my query
remained unanswered. I'm still looking for something that turns the three
categories into fifteen by sub-dividing each one into five!

I'm still extremely grateful for everyone's advice - I've learned a lot else
from it!
