So can you give us a brief summary/conclusion?

Could it be the QCA document Supporting Pupil with Emotional and Behaviour
Difficulties (or something along those lines) that identified 3 behaviours;
conduct, emotional and learning and then subdivided these into five headings
each? If so you will find the audit it as a download on my website.

Er .... I was trying to avoid sounding rude by confessing that my query 
remained unanswered. I'm still looking for something that turns the three 
categories into fifteen by sub-dividing each one into five!

I'm still extremely grateful for everyone's advice - I've learned a lot else
