[senco-forum] CAT/midges? tests

Can you help?
I have been ask to find out about CAT tests paper versus electronic which I
am not having problems with but would value peoples views on if they have
experience of administration. 
I have also been asked to find out more about Midges??? I know nothing about
these and cannot find out where they are published to get inspection copies.
