'Real book' are scary and always associated with failure. Get them to make
their own 'books' with ICT clip art, collage or drawn cartoons.

Type and print the words they need (or use Clicker grids). May kids can use
Word Art and Paint. Laminate any really good ones to photocopy for future
use.

Who knows what talent you will find!
