Yes, iPhoto is on the Mac (which is now dual platform, it
can run windows _and_ os x) it is a free programme and forms
part of the iLife suite (Mac only) which includes things
like iMovie and iTunes(also available free for the PC).

iPhoto is great for both SEN kids and the 'technologically
challenged'!

My 7 year old uses it to edit his photos and has produced
the odd book. To tell you the truth though I tend to print
out his books at home rather than have them professionally
made up.
