And perhaps using some PSHE time (across all year groups) to explain (without naming anyone) what the main learning differences are, and how they entail differences that may not be related to intelligence? Ensuring that all students realise that learning can be made hard by difficulties with specific areas (e.g. listening, remembering, vision, self-confidence etc etc). The chances are that most students will be able to identify with difficulties in one or more of the main areas, so you don't have to be "thick" to go to Learning Support, you can actually be quite like me.
