[senco-forum] Response from JCQ about change to Deadline for Nov Modular exams

All joint regulations, guidance, forms, other administrative documents,
systems and procedures are produced through collaborative working and are
introduced and used with the agreement of the members. In this respect it is
the experts from each awarding body that develop and agree the regulations
and arrangements. The JCQ badge is used to denote where the awarding bodies
have acted together. The JCQ office staff do not write regulations and the
ownership of the joint regulations and administrative arrangements lies with
the members.

The members agree and set the deadlines for applications, not The JCQ.

I will pass on your comments to the Director in regards to having the
changes flagged up.  

So I asked about who I should contact and had the following response

We have actually already passed your comment on to the relevant contacts to
be reviewed. Obviously it is too late to change the regulations for this
year but the matter will be re-addressed if they feel it appropriate when it
comes to looking at the regs for next year.
