I guess this is a bit like the restaurant with a notice on the door that reads "Closed for Lunch"! > I know I am not the only one who has broken a leg on holiday but I > would like to share with you that the toilet in our local Fracture > Clinic - used mostly by people with a leg in plaster - has a foot > operated pedal bin which makes life interesting for some;) Like Brendan I had a nightmare experience traveling this summer after my eyes got so red from lack of sleep I could hardly see at all. This was in addition to my Tourettes -- my ticing was into overdrive because I was so tired. At least people who saw Pete win 'Big Brother' now seem to have a much better understanding of Tourettes. In fact in some quarters I've found having Tourettes is almost fashionable! David Bowles |
