[senco-forum] access arrangements

Surely it can't be right that we tell boards about extra time NOW. 
I have see all my new year 11s who might be entitled but a couple of  them  I 
need more information about because my own assessments are  borderline. We 
will reach the right allocation in the end but it's a process  requiring 
evidence from teachers and by observing how they cope with mocks etc.  If I send in 
the names of all of them now, and we change our minds later, what  will happen? 
What if someone we've missed comes in with a private EP assessment  saying 
they need extra time? If the responsibility for deciding who needs extra  time 
and how much rests with the school, surely they should also be able to  decide 
the best time to do that?
