[senco-forum] access arrangements

Surely - if the exam boards create this difficulty THEY are discriminating  
not us. I really can't think they could take any action against a school that  
makes its arrangements fairly and in good faith - they couldn't possibly, if  
they came into school, did a check and found the school had made a fair 
decision  about a student after the end of September, discriminate against that 
student in  any way. It would be stupid of them to try.
The fact is they are not thinking things through properly. I don't think  I'm 
going to get het about this. I'll ask the exam person tomorrow - who won't  
know anything about it and won't care much, to look into it. Then, if it seems  
we have to send something in - we'll send all the possibles.
