Hello everyone
  I'm about to write to complain about having to get all my access arrangments done by 30th September.  But who do I write to?  JCQ say they just work under the direction of the Boards.  Do I write to AQA and Edexcel?  
  And who do I address my letter to?  I do like to have a name.
