You have a Secretary - do you want to be exiled!!
Mind you - just heard at the new parents meeting that I may be given a
few hours secretarial support - as a secretary will be appointed to
assist with music dept - though she has also worked in SEN - states new
'Chief Operations Officer' (new title too!)- she could help Stuart if
she went full time!
Maybe popping in to see other staff does get you noticed!
We will see...
Watch this space.

Does everyone know that we NOW also have to inform the exam boards
about
pupils we are going to give extra time for when the entries are made?
i.e.
also the end of September? This can be done on line...a nice man from
the
Assessment agency came and showed me how on Friday!
Chris
Up to her eyes in doing assessments...and the Learning Support time
table as
well!!!!! (and I thought July was my busiest time of year)

Hello everyone

  Just a thought
In these days of Individual Pupil Numbers, why do we need to apply for
access arrangements at all? The DfES collects data on pupils with SEN.
Why
can't it be used to save us having to apply?

are
a small school with 120 in each of years 10 and 11.
