[senco-forum] New Senco

Dear all,

I am a new SENCo at an inner city school with 5 years previous experience as 
an SEN teacher. My first piece of received advice was to join this forum 
because i am assured you are a friendly bunch who are always willing to help 
new SENCos.

I would welcome any help you are willing to offer this nervous 'newey' as 
the school appears to have very little direction or strategy.My initial task 
is to bring behaviour and learning under one umbrella and to increase 
inclusion in the classroom. Shoiuld be a doddle.

Thanks for listening and I appologise for asking more than giving over the 
next few months.
