P.1 News: TDA commitment to improving SEN training - prioritising of
SEN/inclusion durig the next three years. 

P.2 News: Ways to mimimise bureaucracy - The Implementation Review
Unit's latest report on SEN bureaucracy highlight's, among other things,
the possiblity for schools of developing alternatives to IEPS.

P.3 News: DfES guidance to local authorities on planning and developing
SEN provision - draft guidance which aims to ensure that authorities do
not make changes to provision without consulting stakeholders, and
parents in particular; New 'specialist' special schools - there are now
41 such schools in England.

P.4 News: New models of school leadership - PriceWaterhouse report on
new models of leadership raises serious issues about qualifications
required by key personnel working in schools; Leadership the key to
