[senco-forum] Hillingdon SENCO

Hello,

Are you an NUT member?

If so you can do a free three day course for SENCos at their
very luxurious training base. They'll put you up in _very_
nice accomodation and feed you extremely well too, all for
no charge. The course is very good too! Oh, they'll also pay
for you to get there.

It's worth joining the NUT just for their courses. They are
also the only teaching union who challenged the TLR fiasco
and the downgrading and in some cases redundancy of SENCo
roles. They support inclusion (unlike NASUWT who oppose it)
and are the only union who support the notion that staff
teaching whole classes should be qualified teachers.
