Hear Hear Mark -- I attended many remarkable courses in Lincolnshire,  
including SENCo courses -- and the Head is obliged to allow your release  for these 
courses due to national  agreements. If you can arrange a few  SENCos from 
your own area to go on the same course, the exchange of  information and 
collegiate bonding that can go on in the bar in the  evenings is even more valuable
