Reviews = parents evenings -we encourage our kids to make appointments for their parents with a second review as a written report in summer term and ofcourse always available if any parent wants to talk or phone ( they get my home phone number as well as its often easier to talk in the evening when not doing 101 things with kids around) barbara ht -----Original Message----- From: senco-forum-bounces at lists.becta.org.uk [mailto:senco-forum-bounces at lists.becta.org.uk] On Behalf Of Bill Graham Sent: 16 April 2007 18:05 To: senco-forum Subject: [senco-forum] A tricky question (secondary) Dear All Are any of you being "encouraged" to put pupils on the SEN Register to help with the school's overall value added for KS3 /4? I've no real issues providing we're offering something to suggest School Action but i'm concerned about how to go about reviews with lots of pupils on the Reg. How do large secondaries cope with reviews at SA? Lorraine -- This message has been scanned for viruses and dangerous content by SAQNET SpamAlizer www.saq.co.uk, and is believed to be clean. |
