[senco-forum] APDUK web site

There are many who find the APDUK web site easy to navigate and read,
especially those who may have APD. As this may be the first time that the se
text laid out and formatted in a way that they can easily understand. I ma
not sure when you last visited the APDUK web site but it has been revamped a
few times just recently, especially with regard to the backgrounds, some of
the previous versions of the design were too bold. But the multicoloured
text and extra spacing continues as this is how many who have APD prefer to
have Text presented. WE have tried to demonstrate as many coping strategies
as possible on the web site. These coping strategies are the result of
continual consultation with other adults who have APD, many of whom are
members of the Adult APD forum http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/OldAPDs/
which has been running since 2000 and has over 400 members.

We do have a section of the web site for those who find our preferred method
of presentation a problem at 
http://www.infosheets.apduk.org/ . Especially for those who have visual
impairments, or visual processing problems; and as requested by CAFamily.

It is a pity that sometimes I do not have the time to always cut and paste
some of the longer contributions to this forum to my word processor and re
format it in the style of the APDUK web site so that I am can begin to read
and fully comprehend the contents, (sorry Philip) no matter how interesting
the content. And when I see one large continuous bloc of text, unless I have
the time or real interest then unfortunately it is overlooked to be looked
at at a later timer which hardly ever arises.
