Hello Jeanette and anyone else thinking of leaving

  However, I've been on this forum for years and I rate it as my best resource.  I'd suggest to anyone thinking of leaving to post a question and see how many high quality responses you get.  
  And if everyone (including me!) can think before they post their second, third, or even more post for the day, it would help.
