Slightly off topic I know, but I would very much appreciate details as I use
headphones that do fit into the ears, on the basis that I understood they
were better for your hearing !!

Hello Ruth,

Keith Holland and Alan Heath advise against using headphones that go into
your ears - damages your hearing.  I have a list of recommended headphones
from Alan (he trains people on The Listening Program) and the sound quality
in the ones we bought are EXCELLENT.  Would you like me to look up the
details?
