  Don't think EAL is a special need.  
  We don't have many pupils with EAL as you can imagine but we are beginning to now.  Our EAL pupils tend to from the EU, two from Italy, two from Spain and two from France.  The problem is sorting out EAL from other difficulites which are SEN.
