[senco-forum] variations in LEA statementing policy, how to cope!

Hi Brendan,

Am I right in thinking that if a statutory assessment
is refused then a valid reason must be given for the
refusal?

Perhaps this might be useful in the appeal if the
reason was not given or was invalid....
