I like this parent's answer - trouble is it is so esay to ask us overworked sencos to do things and because of the nautre of the type of person who takes on the job of a senco - it wanting to be helpful - wesay yes. I am learning though. I am beginning to say no - that's not part of my job - I'm not very good at it yet - it's a work in progress and by the time I retire I'll probably be very good.
