Article: [senco-forum] Dyslexia and the DDA

Dear All

It is my understanding that all pupils with a current diagnosis of
dyslexia are considered as having a disability by the DDA for the
purposes of examination access arrangements and any discrimination at
school. We don't call them disabled at school but I think we need to be
clear about this at school. This is not a view shared by all here! Am I
correct in thinking this or am I overreacting?
